Depend
Depend ist ein schwedisches Beautyunternehmen aus Halmstad, das 1952 gegründet wurde und für seine Nagel- und Augenprodukte bekannt ist. Es begann als Zulieferer für professionelle Friseure und stellte früh Flüssigseife her, bevor es sich um 1990 unter den Eigentümern, die 1989 übernahmen, dem Verbraucher- und Einzelhandelsmarkt zuwandte. Das familiengeführte Unternehmen entwickelt und fertigt einen Großteil seines Sortiments selbst, wobei flüssige Produkte in Halmstad hergestellt und Nägel sowie Wimpern in Indonesien produziert werden. Sein Aushängeschild ist Minilack, ein kleiner Nagellack mit fünf Millilitern Inhalt, der in mehr als sechzig Farbtönen in vielen Ländern verkauft wird. Heute vertreibt Depend Nagellack, Gelsysteme, falsche Wimpern, Augenbrauenprodukte und Handpflege, mit Geschäftstätigkeit im gesamten nordischen Raum und weltweitem Export.
